The design of this building was an integral part of a financial feasibility study for an upgrade to the facilities of a local club, which was seeking to improve training conditions and medical support for athletes, while also promoting interaction among all members of the sports community.
Therefore, the building's placement, layout, materiality, and construction method were adapted to meet the previously defined purposes and budget, using off-site construction to accelerate the entire process.
In this specific case, the building's exterior aesthetics merges with the local sports culture, creating a game of contrasts between the sharp and dark metallic exterior and a warm, welcoming interior, facing the rugby training field.
