Countryside Hotel in Poitiers - France

​This proposal was presented to the stakeholders on an initial phase, in order to showcase the space dynamics and display a first valued budget for the total investment.

The Hotel will be built on the outskirts of Poitiers, and will have total capacity of 60 to 80 people, in 28 standard rooms, 2 suites and 2 rooms adapted for handicapped. The client requested a very specific list of facilities and which led to a clear spatial organization. The social area separates the two private areas of the building, the guests’ private zone and the workers infrastructures.

The next step of building definition will be crucial to produce a project and a building that will not only meet the demands of our clients, but also distinguish itself from its local competition.
