This apartment in the center of Lisbon, dating back to the early 1970s and with approximately 70 square meters, was completely renovated for a young family.
The focus of the intervention was on opening up the social area to maximize the sense of space, as the organizational structure of the private area was already quite cohesive, which led to a simpler renovation of materials and sanitary equipment.
In this regard, demolishing the masonry wall that separated the kitchen from the living room allowed for the entire space to be connected, with a wooden slatted feature added to mark the entrance hall.
