This renovation of a 150 m² apartment, located in a building from the late 1990s, focuses on refreshing equipments and materials while enhancing the unit's thermal and acoustic performance for greater comfort and efficiency.
Several design studies were carried out to reconfigure the entrance hall with the addition of a guest WC. The chosen solution offers a clean and formal appearance upon arrival, with custom carpentry defining the space.
The project was completed in 2020.
