The project focuses on the readaptation of Cool Haven's initial production unit design, which was not suited for the company's current needs.
The exterior materiality is modified to ensure better integration with the other buildings in the complex while meeting the required thermal and acoustic standards. It also provides the necessary shading for the windows to reduce the need for air conditioning in the building's offices.
Inside, the entire office and administration space is redesigned, along with the organization of the factory layout, to optimize the several stages of production and assembly for the off-site construction processes practiced by the company.
